Shipping Coverage

Siren Safety currently ships to locations within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping currently.

 

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed, packed, and shipped within five (5) business days of order confirmation and payment receipt.

Out of stock, non-stock and backordered items will have separate lead times.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Methods

Siren Safety primarily ships orders using Purolator and may utilize other carriers at its discretion when required.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

 

Oversized and Freight Shipments

Certain products, including but not limited to tripods, davit arms, and other large or specialized equipment, may require freight shipping due to size, weight, or handling requirements.

Additional shipping charges may apply for oversized or freight shipments and will be communicated prior to shipment where applicable.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated using flat-rate pricing. Additional charges may apply for freight shipments, oversized items, or deliveries to remote locations.

Customers will be notified of any additional shipping costs prior to order fulfillment.

 

Remote and Rural Deliveries

Orders destined for remote, rural, or otherwise difficult-to-access locations may be subject to additional shipping charges. Any such charges will be communicated before shipment.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors beyond Siren Safety's control. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Damaged Shipments

Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing items, or shipment discrepancies must be reported to Siren Safety within five (5) calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

To assist with claims processing, customers must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s);
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging, including any visible damage; and
  • The order number and a description of the issue.

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

 

Returns and Return Shipping

In most cases, Siren Safety will cover the cost of return shipping and refund original shipping charges for approved returns. Certain exceptions may apply depending on product type, condition, or circumstances of the return.

Batteries and Regulated Products

Some products sold by Siren Safety may contain batteries, including headlamps and similar equipment. Such products will be shipped in accordance with applicable transportation regulations and carrier requirements.
